Interview
The first step is to answer a pre-interview screening. This appears to take the place of what a normal telephone interview entails with most other companies. It's nice to have some time to consider your answers, but it takes away the opportunity to make an interview into a conversation about the job and whether or not it may be a good fit on both sides.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente in Feb 2013
Interview
Completed the online application and submitted my resume. Few days later I was emailed a notification to complete an online assessment. Assessment included a timed typing test then 200+anatomy & physiology, syllogism/logical/deductive reasoning, and behavioral type questions. 2 days later I was called to schedule an interview with the site manager.
The Interview: 3-panel style with each panel member alternating asking scenario type questions. I didn't feel intimidated but the set-up is a bit anxiety-inducing; almost like an interrogation-tell the truth and you'll do fine!
