I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente
Interview
Contacted by a KP recruiter on LinkedIn. The communication with KP was great. They had me fill out a survey describing my experience in more detail. KP scheduled a phone interview with hiring manager. Then, went in for a in-person interview with two panel groups. 1 hour with hiring manager, HR director, and director. 30 mins with coworkers.
Interview was comfortable in a conference room. They were warm and friendly.
Mainly behavioral questions related to problem solving and team building skills. Answered with my experience using the STAR method.

Question 1
What have you done with a project when you're not reaching ROI?
I applied online. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente in Sep 2012
Interview
I got an email from Kaiser suggesting I apply for this job because my skills matched what they were looking for. I filled out app online. I was called to come in for computer testing. They told me on the spot that I passed. They called the next day to schedule interview. I was the first person they interviewed. The manager had to go out of town for a few days, so that prolonged the process, but it was probably 2 weeks before I received a call that I had not gotten the job.
