Second round was technical about Java and Agile.
Then one onsite with QA Lead. It was not that difficult interview.
Third round was about general testing, behavioral questions, Agile, scrum, tools used for testing.
Asked about experience from previous company.
What was most difficult and easiest task?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2008
Interview
Was a multi-day, multi-person interview experience. Because the organization is so large and so complexed, there were many people involved, some with conflicting wants and demands of the position. Some interviewers were very skilled, others were clunky, a couple embarrassingly so.
