Interview
I needed to had my BLS card and have a Medical Terminology certificate to be considered. Applied online, 1 week later had a phone interview with an HR Representative. Had to fill out another online application to be submitted to hiring manager. One month later scheduled an interview with Hiring Manager. Said I would hear back in 2-3 weeks if I got the job.

Have you ever had an irate patient? Explain the situation and how you dealt with it.
The interview itself was straightforward, and was conducted with three of the department managers. However, two of the managers in the department had absolutely nothing to do with this particular role. Other than working in close proximity to them, I'm not sure why they were interested in whom was hired.

The questions were pretty direct and relevant to the position. The majority of the interview consisted of discussing my past experience and how it would be applicable to the role and the company.

I was contacted through a staffing agency; the interview took place a week later; It was a phone interview with two individuals, although I was only given one name and surprised when he stated we will conference in shortly.
