Recruiter contacted me for an interview and we had a phone interview. Then we had an in-person interview with the manager. After that, we had another in-person interview with two senior managers. Finally, I had a phone interview with the VP but it was more like welcoming me to join their team.

I did not have any difficult/unexpected interview questions. My position is related to internal control and I think most questions were about my work experience related to it. And most of the time, i was hearing the manager bragging about the importance of internal control compliance and blah blah blah...

The interview process is a breeze, the hardest thing to do is getting a job or even an interview. The only reason i got an interview was because i knew someone who worked there and they gave me a good reccomendation. Great place to work and great employees and a fun place to work.

A recruiter presented my background and got an interview. The recruiter is resourceful in preparing me for the interview. During the interview, I would suggest to try to sell and relate yourself to the hiring manager so they will see themselves in you.
