Kaiser Permanente interview questions

My interview was not typical. I think that the manager hired me mostly on a whim. I have heard from coworkers that they were grilled for nearly an hour in panel interviews. I had a nice 1/2 hr conversation with the manager and a tour of the hospital.

1. Initial communication from a recruiter - "we found you on the web". Recruiter conducted a 15 min phone screen 2. 30 min A phone interview withe the hiring manager 3. 1 hr face to face interview a week later with the hiring manager and another director 4. Another 1hr phone interview with another director a week later 5. Nothing for several weeks - then "no thanks" from the recruiter.
