Interview
The whole process was actually pretty nice. It consists in two parts, the first part is a bit weird because it has a coding test that could easily be a HackerRank challenge, but it is pretty easy and straightforward.
It also has a cognitive thinking challenge and a cultural fit interview. The whole process took about 3 hours, and it was conducted perfectly by an account manager. Actually, this was probably one of my smoothest interviews.
The second part has another coding test (hence why I think the first one should be a challenge), this one is more complicated and focused on the team's challenges, but nothing outside of this world and indeed nothing too complex. It's completely doable, there's also an architectural challenge which is done completely on Miro, just talking about it.
The whole process was pretty simple, it happened fast and it was very communicative, they've been telling me about my pace at every step.
