Koch interview questions

Lengthy, one set of interviews took 3 hours! It's very much Situation, Behavior, Outcome; you tell them stories the whole time. They want to know how you reacted in certain situations, what your behavior was, and the ultimate outcome. This is basically a pre-screening test of their MBM strategy/corporate culture.

The interview begins with a phone interview with HR followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. After these two phone interviews they do an in person interview where they have 3-4 people interview you for 20-30 minutes a piece. These interviews are based on the usual behavioral type interviews.
