Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions that were asked were routine, asking you to think of a time(s) and situation(s) where you had to perform a task, asking how you did it and what the outcome was. If you've ever researched Interviewing Skills the questions were all in line with the human resource/hiring process. The interviewer is trying to get a feel for your experience, your personality, you work ethnic all in one hour.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Koch (Houston, TX) in Nov 2014
Interview
Initially, they start with an HR phone screen where the HR rep asks a few basic questions about your experience. If you pass that, the hiring manager then gives you a phone call. This one is much more in depth (about 45-60min) discussing industry experience and how you could apply it to the position. If you do well on that, they will bring you onsite. This consisted of two multi-person interviews. One with the HR rep, hiring manager, and someone else part of the team. The next one was with a manager from another department and an engineer.

Question 1
Basic questions: Where do you see yourself in 10 years? Why did you apply? Explain your experience. Some situational questions to gauge how you would respond.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Koch (Tulsa, OK) in Apr 2014
Interview
the process of getting called and having the interview arranged at the plant took one week. The interview was by about 4 teams interviewing you back to back. The teams had three to two people ranging from engineers to managers to some technicians.
What made me fail the interview was my confidence. It was one of my first interviews.I needed alot of practice. You need to be positive and give quick answers.if you don't know it's okay just say you don't know.Just don't make them think your guessing , or cannot remember. So just be honest but most of all... be VERY confident.
