I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Koch in Jun 2011
Interview
Interview was a phone technical screen followed by 4 consecutive 45 minute on-site interviews. Questions were mostly personality/culture based questions, mostly about providing an example in your past about how you reacted to a particular situation.

Question 1
Any question about whether I made a mistake in judgment in the past, and whether I had learned enough to make a different decision in the future.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Koch (Wichita, KS)
Interview
I applied online through their company website. I was contacted for 2 phone interviews and then an on-site interview in Wichita. Asked primarily behavioral based questions on both the phone and in person, so be prepared for those. For the on-site interview it is nearly 4 hours long.

Tell me about a time where you intentionally defied your boss or another superior and why you did that?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Koch in Dec 2014
Interview
Having worked in Human Resources for several years, I must say that I was thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism and quickness in response time from Koch Business Solutions throughout my interview and hiring process. I initially spoke with KBS Recruiter, Justin Huschka, regarding a position I had applied for online. Justin scheduled a phone interview with the Hiring Manager for the position, explaining every step of the hiring process along the way. After my phone interview, it was determined by the Hiring Manager and by Justin that I might be a better fit within a different department at KBS. Rather than have me wait for another opening and to reapply, Justin immediately was able to schedule some in-person interview time with the Hiring Management of the department I was eventually hired into at KBS. I went thru two rounds of in-person interviewing as well as another phone interview for my department. Justin provided feedback and follow-up throughout the entire interview process. Hiring Management was thorough in their behavioral-based interview techniques and questions. Each Interviewer was well selected, offered key insights to the position at hand, fielded questions from me with ease, and did a great job navigating my interview responses to determine whether I’d be a fit here at Koch. Onboarding was seamless as I was introduce to my team and immediately thrown into training to help get me up to speed quickly. Suggestions I would make to anyone interested in working for Koch: 1) do your homework and get to know the Company 2) be ready for behavioral-based interviewing 3) take initiative throughout your hiring and onboarding processes 4) be open to opportunity
