I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Koch (Wichita, KS) in May 2012
Interview
The process was long (3 1/2 hrs) and I stayed in the same room for the entire process. Interviewed by 4 different employees and everyone was very nice. Each interview was a little different than the other but everyone was easy to chat with and they were not intimidating.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Koch
Interview
I met Koch Industries at a University sponsored career fair. They had a meeting the next Sunday to go over any questions that the candidates had about the company with multiple representatives. The interviews were all a day later. The interview was a standard behavioral interview, it wasn't anything technical or in-depth.

Question 1
The one that I had the most trouble with was how I reacted to not meeting a deadline.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Koch (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2014
Interview
Interview was very conversational with a manager from the office I would be hired to and someone from the human resource office. I was working with a recruiter and so I was paired with this company without applying online. They had a copy of my resume and asked specific questions regarding bullets and accomplishments I had listed. Had I accepted a follow-on interview I would have been flown to their headquarters for more interviews and a possible offer. The ladies conducting the interview were very friendly and pleasant and seemed to really like their positions and the company. They stressed that compliance was a major part of their culture and that everyone work in a collaborative effort to bring value to the company.
