Met with four managers back to back for 30 minutes. Asked the general questions. No case questions. They want to see that you have the analytical skills as well as the interpersonal and communication skills.

Got an phone call to directly go to onsite. Went through tours to its manufacturing plant and test center first, then interviewed by department manager and other directors. Came back and got another phone interview last Tuesday. Still waiting for any contact, hope will be contacted.

Interview
The hiring and interview process is fairly traditional. I had an initial phone screen that then lead to an onsite visit and set of interviews. They lean very heavily on the behavior-based interview process, so have plenty of good stories to pull from when you interview with them.
It took a little longer than expected to hear back regarding whether an offer was forthcoming or not.
