On-Campus interview, which lasted approx. 30 min. This is followed by an On-Site interview consisting of 4 one hour long interviews. The second set of interviews were significantly more difficult and to the point, whereas the first seemed to be mostly a personal conversation. In the second, we discussed technical details, goals, aspirations, initiatives, and many behavioral type questions. Prior to the second interview they'll offer you the opportunity to join them for a dinner social. I highly recommend you attend this event. It is not required, however there are many current employees that attend that you'll be able to ask question. Moreover, you'll be able to get a look at your competition. Following the interviews the next morning they'll have a lunch you'll be escorted to and eat with some of the higher ups. Even though this is not officially part of the interview, it is how I got offered a co-op before the internship. Be prepared. This is a wonderful experience if you prepare and take it seriously. Applied through campus career center, was accepted for an on-campus interview. The on-campus interview is filled with behavioral questions, which can lead to a detailed discussion.
