I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Koch (Wichita, KS) in Dec 2011
Interview
Interview process takes half a day. If you have a morning interview, your last interview will be a lunch interview. Generally, you will interview with 6 people. All of them ask you very similar questions, although each person is looking for different pieces of information. From what I could tell, most of the questions came from a list I found on monster.com. If you prepare well, the interview is not very difficult. If you do not prepare well, you will have a very hard time.

Question 1
Honestly, I overprepared for the interview and I wasn't suprised by any of the questions. They were from monster.com.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Koch (Wichita, KS) in Oct 2012
Interview
On-Campus interview, which lasted approx. 30 min. This is followed by an On-Site interview consisting of 4 one hour long interviews. The second set of interviews were significantly more difficult and to the point, whereas the first seemed to be mostly a personal conversation. In the second, we discussed technical details, goals, aspirations, initiatives, and many behavioral type questions. Prior to the second interview they'll offer you the opportunity to join them for a dinner social. I highly recommend you attend this event. It is not required, however there are many current employees that attend that you'll be able to ask question. Moreover, you'll be able to get a look at your competition. Following the interviews the next morning they'll have a lunch you'll be escorted to and eat with some of the higher ups. Even though this is not officially part of the interview, it is how I got offered a co-op before the internship. Be prepared. This is a wonderful experience if you prepare and take it seriously. Hardest interview of my life and the best interview experience I've ever had.

Question 1
I'm not going to answer this directly, but I will give you sound advice. Read Charles Koch's Book, The Science of Success. Review your life, education, and work history for events that show you represent the values of MBM (Market Based Management). Don't lie. Google "Behavioral Interview Questions" and pull from your own life experiences to answer them.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Koch
Interview
Applied through campus career center, was accepted for an on-campus interview. The on-campus interview is filled with behavioral questions, which can lead to a detailed discussion. After the on-campus interview I was invited for an on-site interview a week later. I had two one-on-one interviews with two higher up managers in my specific area. One of them was strictly behavioral based and the other was more technical questions.
