I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Koch (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2011
Interview
Very good interviewing process. I was interviewed by multiple people. All asked "behavioral" type questions, mostly around their MBM principles, not really technical. No trick questions, but be prepared with your experience and detailed examples. All interviewers were very respectful and nice, but make no mistake, they are evaluating you every step of the way (as any company is).

Question 1
Give me an example of a time you had to deal with a difficult person (peer or customer). How did you handle it, and what was the outcome?
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Koch (Wichita, KS) in Oct 2011
Interview
Applied at campus career fair and got an initial interview on campus. They were also very nice to have a social before interview. All of them on our campus were alumni who work for Koch. During the 30mins interview I was talking with a vice-president, who graduated from our department. The talk was very nice which consists of behavior based questions and also market (demand/supply) analysis on agricultural industry. We also talked about policy issues. He seemed like me. However I did not get a further interview and do not know why.
