Koch interview questions

Long and intense. 4 separate interviews with 4 people over 3 hours. Small conference room with Florecent lights making it hard to focus. Conversation felt one sided. Engineers seamed to be in a rush and not focused on the process but instead what they had to do after.

HR Screen will go through your background and experience listed on your Resume. Behavior question is also included in the first call. HR is good and will try to give the position fit you background.
