I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Koch (Bengaluru) in Jun 2019
Interview
Recently I had gone through interview process of Koch business solutions for PMO manager position.
Careernet technologies co. was coordinating my candidature for this position with Koch business solutions, Bangalore.
After shortlisting the profile (it took more than 20 days for shortlisting), there were two rounds of discussions.
In first discussion, I got to know about the role and responsibilities, flat organization structure etc. It was overall good discussion with questions from both sides to understand each other's expectations.
I was called for next round of discussion after couple of days, where I met director of the firm.
It was healthy discussion for 1 hour or so.
This was followed by HR round of discussion.
I had been told, within a day or two, HR will communicate me on the further steps.
After continuous follow ups finally some one contacted me with negative feedback.
What kept me amused was, HR personnel during HR round of discussion , mentioned that either there will be next round of discussion or we will go ahead with offer.
Looks like they were not sure if we really need this position or they are just trying to meet people in the industry and evaluate their knowledge to see if they themselves need to go for training and get themselves updated to save their jobs.
HR person was constantly looking in to his mobile phone during the discussion and another colleague of him waiting outside the room frequently gesturing at this person to wrap up the discussion. I guess she was hungry and wanted HR in discussion to join her for lunch.
Respected HR person was constantly repeating two words - perfect and thats great. For something negative too, he was saying perfect and thats great.
HR recruiter will call you constantly if you are going for interview, and if you ask for feedback, she will tell you not to contact unless he/she calls you.
Overall feedback - Please do not waste your time with this company. They are not sure if they really want to hire you.

I have never had an interview process move so fast in my career! A Koch recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I had a phone interview with another HR recruiter the next Monday. After going over my qualifications and my interest in the job, she scheduled a call with the hiring manager for Friday of the same week. I had a great phone interview with the hiring manager and within an hour of ending the phone interview, I received a call from HR to schedule on-site interviews on the following Monday. I interviewed with 6 people in 3 hours and received a verbal offer the next day with a written one the following day.

The interview process was very professional but also conducted in a way that made me feel at ease and free to answer questions openly and honestly. It is important to be yourself and answer all questions truthfully even if that means saying that you are unsure of an answer.
