I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Koch (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2019
Interview
Telephonic round followed by in person round, 4-6 interviews 30-45 min interviews back to back
One thing i found unusual was that after all this HR still wants to talk again and get a feel from you if you are interested i.e. if they make you an offer will you accept or not, i found this quite annoying because hey when i have gone through all this I expect an offer and not mind games
They will then make you an offer that is SIGNIFICANTLY lower than your current/ expectation in-terms of base, no comments or commitment towards bonus. BTW they ask you your current salary too which is illegal. They offer a meager one time bonus and project it as your 1st year bonus. Then they will give you a lot if HR pep talk that “koch is different, there is no cap to the bonus you can earn it could be as high as your base based in the VALUE YOU CREATE” but they will never tell you that on avg what percent of people made lets say 20-30% bonus last year. Some pep talk about KOCH’s MBM philosophy and “SELF ACTUALIZATION” (to me it felt like self actualize yourself on a significantly lower salary and take it on faith)
Finally they have one day noticed period policy so if by chance you don’t click with your boss then so long folks
All in all STAY AWAY FROM THEM, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME INTERVIEWING OR TALKING WITH THEM, THEY ARE NOT NEARLY AS GREAT AS THEY CLAIM TO BE
