Interview
Recruited at the university career office. The initial interview consisted mostly of behavioral questions. It was was followed by second interview in Wichita which was more specific to the company and Koch's business philosophy. We were reimbursed for travel expenses. Mostaly behavior-based questions regarding various work-related scenarios. Emphasis on Koch's philosophy. It was difficult to finish reading and be able to converse about the Koch book as the interviews were held during midterms.

Interview
On Campus Interview, followed by a 4 hour session on the Koch Campus. Interviewers asked almost all behavioral questions, and seemed to be looking for someone to fit into the organization rather than base decisions on merit.

Interview
I was first interviewed over the phone by their campus recruiter and invited back to do an on-site interview. I was interviewed by the project manager, the head of IT, and by the CFO. They where very friendly and made me feel very relaxed. The on-site interview took a total of an hour and a half with back to back 30 minute interviews.
