I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Koch
Interview
Asked questions related mostly to my accomplishments. The interviewers were mechanical engineers and not hiring managers. So you can expect what type of questions they would be asking. Asked about what do you know about company.
Very organized - on time and responsive. Started with HR screening and then moved to in-person and videoconferencing. Interviewers were prepared and asked good questions. Kept the scheduled sessions on time and received timely follow-up feedback. Overall, a positive experience.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Koch (Wichita, KS) in Oct 2015
Interview
I did an on-campus interview at the University I'm attending for a set of interviews for a specific Koch Subsidiary. Passing the first round of interviews, I was scheduled to have an on-site interview with two members of the subsidiary they chose me for. One was the head of the IT team, the other was the head of the IT Operations sub-group.

Question 1
All three interviews were behavioral questions. Just make sure to prepare plenty of differing examples of situations you've been in, as well as questions to ask those interviewing you.
