Mastercard Associate Consultant interview questions

First, I had a phone call with HR reviewing my background, salary expectations and English level. Then we move forward with two interviews. The first one was with two senior consultants with technical questions and two business cases, went pretty well and I felt very comfortable with then. Last interview was with the team manager, no cases but technical questions and some background screening, also went very well from my perspective, but finally I didn't receive any offer. To be honest, they didn't even send me an email rejecting me. I asked several times to my contact in HR and every email was ignored, very disappointed with this conclusion.

First round was a back to back behavior + case. I was given a interview buddy to help me prepare. Final interview was back to back hour-ish behavior + case with 2 on each call. All virtual due to Covid.
