I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mastercard in Oct 2019
Interview
applied through university, first round on campus, 2 case interviews with short behavioral components in each, cases were not math heavy (bigger emphasis on creativity), few networking events before (one geared towards minorities in business and the other with an alum)
La mayoría de los casos de profit, todos muy amables y la evaluación se me hizo justa, buen feedback. Cuatro casos en total en dos rondas con cuatro entrevistadores, posterior entrevista con recursos humanos.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Mastercard (San Pedro Garza Garcia) in Mar 2020
Interview
I got an email notification about a recruitment event from Mastercard in my university, so I registered. The initial part consisted in an hour-long information session about the company and the job for their consulting unit, called Mastercard Advisors. It was later followed by a GMAT-type test at the end of the session. The best candidates were later invited to run through the interview process the following day (since the team was based in another city, only this date was available for the interviews - except for extraordinary cases). In this case, I can only talk about the session and the GMAT-type test, but I assume that the interview process would've followed a consulting-type case interview structure.
Overall, I think that the information provided in the session was really good, and the overall recruitment process is well-structured.
