The process was super unorganized and took a lot of time. They did not inform at the beginning how it will be handled and took a lot of time to answer back.

Question 1
What are your main strengths you could use within this role?
Passed the recruiter screening and was scheduled to be interviewed by the Hiring Manager later that week. I was impressed by the timely communication. The following week, I met with two members of the team for the second round, and the week after that was the final round with a senior leader of the team. I was told I would have an update in two weeks. Two weeks passed, and I reached out to the recruiter but didn't get a response. Two more follow-ups over two weeks, and still didn't get a response. This role was my first choice, so it was especially hard to get ghosted after the final round.
Interview went well , but there was a pannel of 3 for an one hour interview. They asked good questions and they were only assessing the confidence I have to speak infront of 3 people and defend my design proposals
