Applied online through NHS jobs, was invited to interview via email. Panel consisted of two clinical specialist physiotherapists. The third party company involved were horrendously slow processing information and HR which heavily delayed start date.

-clinical questions including identification, differential diagnosis and management of red flags
-case studies of assessment, diagnosis and management
I walked in and had to fill out a diagram of the human anatomy. I then went for the interview process and then had to perform a filing test and literacy assessment. The interview went ok but I got the impression they already had who they wanted. However, the staff were pleasant. It took them over a week to decline my application.

Lengthy and drawn out. Two stages, including testing and presenting. Met the other candidates and had a opportunity to talk with them before and during the interview process, as an observational test
