I applied online. I interviewed at NHS (Cambridge, East of England, England) in Sep 2018
Interview
A 20-30 minute accuracy test following the form of a booklet and hand written multiple choice selection answers. One involved matching the 2 exact sequences of letters and/or numbers and the other involved highlighting which line of contact info didn't match up to another one. No prior preparation before the interview was required for this test. A half hour panel interview then followed this.

Question 1
Scenario: If a nurse was busy on the day of a trial and asked you to take over, what would you do/would you accept?
Group interview - fairly relaxed. Asked questions in a group setting. It's important to speak up when you have the chance to showcase your experience and ideas. It is a good idea to work with the other applicants and help them answer questions to form a discussion.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NHS in Feb 2018
Interview
Simple and quick values based questions on hospital vision and values. Things like dignity and respect, safety, and similar sorts of things. Very buzzwordy. Was greeted by a manager and had to show proof of identity and fill in some simple forms. Received a background check form also.
