The job was advertised in a main job search website, I contacted the main manager to discuss a bit more in details of the position and showed my interest, I was invited to the interview along with three others peoples. There were three people in the interview panel, they were mainly interested by my past experiences and to my prove qualifications.

Interview
One interview with a panel of senior staff. This interview lasted less than one hour and I received an offer within a number of days. Overall a positive and straightforward experience. Nice people, questions were challenging but not abstract or too difficult. Many questons related to experience and challenges.

1 hour interview, 2 interviewers former/recent graduate trainees, they had an entirety of 12 predetermined questions, that the one read to me while the other was keeping notes and crossing words out. The half of the questions was about my resume and the other half about the my knowledge about the NHS(education, work experience, how i reacted on specific instances or showed certain skills, other activities, and what i know about NHS and chose it)
