I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NHS (Coventry, Engeland) in Jun 2013
Interview
The interview was a panel interview with the manager and deputy manager. It was very informal and not intimidating. The questions weren't designed to catch you out, and questions were linked to the NHS, previous employment, skills and personality. I thought the interview gave me a fair platform to show my skills and I found the interviewers were very helpful when I struggled with questions. Overall I was impressed with how the organisation came across and did choose to accept the job.
