NHS interview questions

I applied for an Admin job with NHS Amber Valley Recruitment Team. I was interviewed (bullied, intimidated, ripped apart) by the senior manager who constantly talked over me during the process, asked me specific questions and after giving my answer would tear my answer apart and make me look stupid and then respond by advising my answer should have been ... and quoted my exact answer I gave originally!!!! It was awful. She was on such a power trip it was unreal.

Took about 1month to respond to initial application. Invited to assessment that consisted of a typing a lists of addresses from a sheet onto a word document. Also had to arrange various numbers in to lists of smallest to largest, and then carry out a competency test on patient samples, ensuring all the correct information was on the label for each sample. Overall this took 1 hour and was extremely easy. the nextday I recieved a phone call to say I had had passed the assessment and was invited for an interview. This was more difficult with all the typical interview questions as well as some more related to the role such as how would I handle a particular situation.
