Applied through linkedin, had a very quick response and invite for a phone call. The call was a very conversational chat with the company recruiter, all good and easy to talk away to. Made to feel at ease. Ghosted afterwards though, not even an acknowledgement to follow ups or thanks but no thanks. Quite a poor approach for any company after asking for someones time
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Navan
Interview
Four interviews with one situational Quarterly Business Review.
Thorough interview process but very conversational for the most part. Managers and directors just want to make sure you have experience working with a variety of customers. Come with an excited, go getter attitude and you’ll do well.

Question 1
One time you faced adversity and how you overcame it. (Work or life, prefer work)
Leaving this review in the hope that hiring managers or someone in a leadership position takes note. I am not actively looking to change roles but a TripActions recruiter reached out to me and since there have been a lot of recent positive changes and huge potential for TripActions I decided to have the conversation. It’s really obvious when a recruiter is simply ticking the boxes of pre existing questions and doesn’t know how to have a conversation about anything slightly out of their assigned radar. When it is so difficult to simply have a conversation with someone because of a lack of EQ and listening skills, a company like TripActions will lose a lot of great potential team members.
