I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Navan
Interview
Phone Call with Recruiter. Said I would get follow up later in the week. Told me I didn't get it. When I asked for more feedback, I was told "no feedback, we decided to move forward with other candidates whose experience matches our needs more closely". That's a generic reply, not one withe details I asked for. Also, I had the experience, so it was obviously copied and pasted from the emails sent to everyone who didn't move on from the phone screen. Some advice, if an individual invests in your company with their time, even for a 30 minute phone screen, and asks for feedback, actually take time to do your due diligence to come up with some constructive feedback.
I applied online. I interviewed at Navan (Remote, OR)
Interview
Interviewer seemed unable to answer in any detail questions about the role, to the point they simply ignored my last question and instead went straight into outlining the remaining interview process and "we'll get back to you"... But they needn't haven't have bothered, very unprofessional.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Navan (Palo Alto, CA)
Interview
It was incredibly pleasant and very well organized. My expectations were set every step of the way, and communications were quick and thorough. One of the best interview processes I've experienced.
