Campus recruiter was very helpful through the process. Before the interview there is always a "warm up" person to make you feel more comfortable which put me in ease. The interviewer was extremely nice and the questions they asked were more getting to know me rather than behavioral or standard interview questions.

Communicate through email, have assessment day in their Birmingham office. The whole process goes smoothly. I was supposed to do a group exercise but there aren't enough interviewees that day so did a case study with presentation instead.
