I applied and was immediately routed into a timed “IQ-style” assessment (speed arithmetic + pattern/shape recognition). No job-relevant evaluation followed: no compliance scenarios, no risk-based discussion, no writing task, no structured interview about actual responsibilities. The process is a blunt filtering machine that treats candidates as disposable inputs, not professionals. It was demeaning, misaligned with the role, and made me lose trust in the company’s judgement and culture. If this is how the company evaluates people, it raises serious concerns about how it evaluates risk, makes decisions, and treats employees.

Interview
Primero te hacen una llamada breve de 30 minutos para valorar motivación y habilidades para ver si encajas. Si la pasas, te envían un "assessment online" bastante complejo. Se trata de un psicotécnico con 40 preguntas para las que te dan 30 segundos por pregunta (en inglés). Los cálculos tienen que ser mentales.
Si la pasas, te hace la entrevista el manager para lo que te exponen un caso hipotético y te hacen preguntas sobre él. Bastante complejo también.
