Question 1
How many years of customer service experience do you have?
Location: London
Digital Interview was fine just normal behaviour questions and simple technical ones.
Virtual Assessment Centre is a kids show. We have now completed University but have to go through a scenario where we are stuck in the ocean and have to choose items. Then there are people in your group just talking over each other and so on.
Almost no technical questions about programming or projects etc. during the second part interview.
Assessment Centre needs an upgrade and treat us like professionals/adults.
Pros:
- Company seems okay
- Graduate Programme and promotions supposedly great
Cons:
- Change the process to a more professional one
- Ask some more technical programming questions
- Group interview was absurd people talking over each other and really messy

Interview
Straightforward interview, questions about general systems design and so on, no algoirthm questoins or anything like that, was based mainly on high level concepts. Also, the interviewer was very nice.
