Stage one interview: Online video interview in which I was asked questions about myself and my background, and had about a minute to record a video answer to each one. There were 5 questions, in total it took about 15 minutes.

About myself, my coding background, why I wanted to join
One phone interview that I thought was a great back-and-forth conversation. Was told I'd be contacted soon with next steps. GHOSTED, never heard a word back after my emails and LinkedIn messages were ignored. Very unprofessional recruiting, if you aren't wanting to move forward with a candidate, have the decency to tell them that.
