Multiple interviews with store managers and district managers. Express your interests as well as job description and how it you may fit description. They love people who are very outgoing and easy to talk and work with others as it is an environment that requires a lot of interaction with colleagues and customers.

Interview
Took about 30 minutes, you interview with 3 different managers. They're very big on customer service and sales experience and they'll ask a lot of questions targeted around that. But they're usually very friendly and they make the interview not super uncomfortable . Overall an easy experience.
