not bad at all, when i interviewed with them it was very straight forward, communicated well, multiple rounds, the explained the role well. they are looking for team players and people who care about customers.

Three step interview starting with Assistant Manager, then Store Manager, then Regional Manager. Once hired, expect 3 week in person training. I was a student when I applied and they were flexible around my schedule.
