I had one interview with the store manager first, that had me come into the store. We met and the questions were centered around past experiences with customers, and coworkers, generally about team environments. They also asked me to tell them about myself.

Easy going process, I walked in and was greeted by manager. Manager took me in back and eventually offered me the job. Once I received the job I declined the offer because of a more lucrative offer on the table.
