Target Flow Team Member interview questions

I filled out an application at the store on the computer. I got a call about a week later to set up an interview. I came in and did a computerized test of basic math skills and other things. I interviewed with the team lead and the HR ETL. It was pretty easy and I got an offer right after. I had to take a drug test and then I had orientation the next week.
