Target Flow Team Member interview questions

Called by phone to come in for interview at store wanting to hire me, told what position and hours and wanted to know if I was still interested, told to go to store Guest Services, finished filled out App, and math tested on PC, Then got interviewed 3 times, asked if wanted Job & Salary same day.

Applied online, Phone call next day, Interview was a few days later. Interviewed by Team Leader of the dept applied for, than another interview with an Exec who asked almost the same questions. Mostly cheesy questions like a person can say anything else but one real answer without looking foolish and not getting hired.
