Tesco interview questions

The interview seemed ok. I was asked five questions in total, which was manageable. Questions were like: Give me an eg of a time you managed stress? They wanted examples for every question. I was then invited onto the floor to help 'shuffle' stock forward, which was ok as staff were friendly. I did this for about 10 minutes and then was invited to help pack customers bags. This was probably the most difficult as it is intimidating trying to act natural yet helpful all while someone is examining you. All in all, was an ok interview.

Went through a recruitment agency, simple competency questions and basic literacy test and letter writing test, both of which were fairly simple and straight forward, think it was to check that you aren't just nuts.
