Interview
5 stages of interviews; recruiter screening, meeting with hiring manager, meeting with a senior team member, interview with a VP, then a case study and presentation with all of the previous hiring panel members. After the final round and receiving only positive feedback, the role was canceled due to restructuring.

Interview
The interview process began positively with a recruiter, where we had a 30-minute Zoom call. They were impressed with my experience and the discussion went smoothly.
The second stage involved a 30-minute Zoom interview with two hiring managers from the team, and it also went well, mirroring the positive tone of the first stage.
For the third stage, I participated in an onsite interview with one of the hiring managers from the previous stage and a new manager from a different team. We discussed my experience and the role in detail, and I conducted a mock cold call that they found very impressive. Although we ran out of time, I was asked to complete an email outreach task. Even though they assured me that my cold call was sufficient, I chose to complete the email task to further demonstrate my skills and enthusiasm for the role.
Overall, these stages provided great experiences and I felt positive about the process.
However, the fourth stage was disappointing. I had a Zoom interview with a company director, initially scheduled for 2 PM but rescheduled to 6 PM due to my work commitments. During the interview, the director appeared disinterested, frequently yawning, looking around the room, and not engaging with my answers. At one point, they even remarked, "Oh sorry, are you done? I thought you were going to go off on one again." This behavior was quite unprofessional and concerning.
Following the fourth stage, I received a generic email stating that my experience did not meet their requirements. I requested further feedback, as I believed my experience was very relevant and all three initial stages they were impressed at my experience and numbers, but received no response. Given this experience and after reading additional reviews, I am relieved that I will not be working with them and will not consider applying for future positions.
