HR phone interview. Direct manager Zoom interview, short 30 minutes call just to get to know each other. On site assignment consist of 2 parts, part 1 is a basic SQL query to calculate % out of total (use WITH statement for that). Part 2 is an Excel file with ~400K rows and many columns with the company's data and the task is to analyze it however you'd like and present your findings. TIP - take the time and analyze MP vs AP.
