Mainly based on previous experience, no particular tricky questions. Question on your management style. Question on how you deal with lead duplicate and how you could avoid it.
All the usual Customer Service Competency based ones. Tell me a time you changed someones mind, how to you motivate yourself when there is a massive workload, what new recipe would you suggest we include. etc.
Group exercise- scenario where the internet banking has gone down so customers are calling in for info/transactions- which mean an increase in call volumes. You and your team need to put an action plan together with suggestions on what the plan would be to overcome this.

First two rounds were related the project and the third round focussed on how I had acted in a particular situation based on information provided in my resume. The HR round focussed on my personal, educational and work experience from previous organizations.
