      Positive reviews in May month are from ops team and it's a big scam.

      Pros

      I don't see any pros here. Trying to find my way to leave ASAP.

      Beware of positive reviews, those are totally misleading. The positive reviews in May month were written by Operations team, and leadership has literally forced them to write it. The motive behind it is that the global CEO is about to visit India office next month and there were already so many negative reviews and India leadership did their best just to compensate for it since they have no real work to do(except purchasing awards). :P Rather than focusing on competing with competitors, India leadership is focused on competing with global teams across geographies so that they can hire more and more folks under them. I can see a strong pricipal-agent problem. Stay away from this company unless you want a very high level of politics as a daily dose.

I encourage you to share your concerns and ideas you have for improving the office culture directly with your manager, local HR team members, and/or by joining the employee experience committee as we truly value feedback, especially from current employees. If you find you're not being heard locally, please reach out directly to me as the VP of HR, via Teams or email and we can schedule some time to talk through your concerns and ideas for improvement. As for the positive reviews on Glassdoor recently posted, the organization does at times reach out to employees to remind them about our Glassdoor account and encourage them to take some time to write a post to share their experience so candidates looking to join CData can get a feel for our current culture and employee experiences.

      Pros

      Should the higher management perceive you as a loyal employee or in the capacity of a so-called adopted son, an array of privileges shall become accessible to you.

      Cons

      As you sit within the confines of the office premises, you subtly observe if any of their esteemed loyal employees, adopted sons, or adopted daughters happen to be positioned behind you. These individuals serve as conduits, relaying real-time updates to the higher management regarding conversations and discussions pertaining to them.

      Pros

      The only pro you should ever think is leaving this organization.

      Cons

      Doesn't care about anyone else other than their favourite employees, who will get 100% hikes every year, so that they can be tied to a leash forever. No value of work life balance. They value micromanagement more than they value work.(Employees are coming in and logging time of their work and breaks on zoho, finish 9.15 hours everyday to get paid for that day which should be 8 hours of work only). No sense of how to run a company. They do not care about your personal problems, just want you to be in the office, they thing they are living in 2005 where the concept of work from home or hybrid doesn't exist. Nobody cares if it's raining fireballs, get to the office at all costs.
