🦁ING’s interns wrapping up their internships.🦁 At the Offboarding event, the interns looked back on their time at ING and learned more about taking the next steps in their careers. 🚀 👀Loes Bijleveld gave some insights about the ITP program at ING. 📝Nino Hogervorst held an interactive presentation on building a strong CV, how to rock a job interview and how to use LinkedIn. 💬During a Menti the interns reflected on their internships and shared their future career plans with each other. 📸The event was wrapped up with some drinks and bites, where the interns also got the chance to get their professional LinkedIn pictures taken. We want to thank the interns for all their hard work these last few months and are looking forward to welcoming the new interns next month! 🍀

✨ING’s trainees working with Make-A-Wish Nederland ✨ During the Make-a-Wish Business Challenge last Friday at the Sheraton Schiphol Hotel, our trainees worked together to design, organize, and collect donations for their wish as much as possible in 5 hours. With this challenge, they had the chance to make a real impact on the life of a child with a life-threatening illness by raising money for a Dinosaur Experience, which was the wish of their Make-A-Wish-Child. 🦖The trainees had 3 minutes to pitch their idea, even adding a self-made song.🎤 After enjoying the lunch with 2 other companies also partaking in the event, they wrapped up with some drinks to celebrate on the successful and impactful day. 🥂

It was an amazing day! 💜 This year, our global organisation and Enable - our local ERG for covering disability and accessibility at ING - joined forces to create a unique experience in celebration of International Day for Persons with Disabilities (IDPD). 🌍✨ The program was packed with inspiration: 🗣️ A sneak peek into our new global disability & neuro-inclusion strategy. 💡 Personal stories from colleagues about what this strategy means to them. 🌟 A special surprise to advance accessibility at ING, especially for colleagues with ‘hidden’ disabilities. 🎤 A powerful panel discussion on stepping forward and sharing your disability, featuring incredible speakers. To top it all off, ING lit up in purple during the Purple Light Up – a global symbol of inclusion and connection. 💜🌟 Together, we’re building an ING where everyone can thrive and contribute and this is just the beginning! A big thank you to everyone who made this possible. 🙌
