I applied online. I interviewed at Checkout.com in May 2016
Interview
Fair, interesting, involved. The interviewer was quite nice, pleasant and I felt I knew where I stand with her. I had to prepare a presentation in advance, which was an interesting touch too.

Question 1
Final stage - code review of a poorly written class. You are asked to identify the mistakes and improvements.
Very clear steps given. Quite rigorous (5-6 rounds), but understandably so given that the company is very lean. All the interviewers were polite, humble and very sharp. I could have a frank conversation of what I could bring to the table and what would be expected of me.
