Everyone was really helpful and the process was straightforward up until the in person interview.
At the last stage of the technical interview, they had the expectation of me to know all the jargon of the payment formulas and make formula iterations and come up with numbers.
I thought that was pretty poor considering they knew that I didn't have experience in payment companies/EMIs and it was supposed to "not be a problem", this was confirmed by the hiring manager.

Question 1
Study a product and be ready to answer questions about it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Checkout.com (Londen, Engeland) in Jun 2025
Interview
It was a positive and straightforward interview experience from the moment they reached out to me. However, I didn’t hear back from them when I asked for feedback which was disappointing.
Phone intern - Assessment Centre - Very friendly community based and inclusive working environment. I would say that technical knowledge isn't expected at this stage, but would help to know about the payments industry
