Before being called in for an interview, someone from the recruiting team contacted me for a phone interview. That went on for 20 mins or so, where the idea was more to get to know about me, current employment etc. I was sent a technical exercise to complete within around a week (No hard deadline). After submitting this project, I was called for an interview where I was asked questions around technical decisions made during this projects (trade-offs, choices, etc). A final interview/conversation with HR was then set up for salary specifics.

The interview process was very organised. It took a bit longer than it needed to be due to availability of the interviewing staff, but it was each enough. The interview process is constantly being refined but it followed the structure below: 1. Screening with talent acquision specialist 2. Hackerrank test on fundamentals 3. Technical interview with Senior Engineer (review of skills and technical assessment, again Hackerrank solution). 4. Behavioural Interview 5. Offer
