ING Operation Trainee interview questions

First you have to pass an online test. There will be quants, DI and english Then a group interview. I was asked to introduce myself, then why do I want to do that job? Then what is my goal? Why do I think that I can do the job? And at the end I was told that I'm over qualified and they told me they will let me know if there is any better opportunity.
