2 rounds of interview. First one was with the direct manager and second one was with direct manager's reporting manager. The interview majorly revolved around candidate's attitude, aptitude and technical questions related to Project Management.

How would you handle a conflict between your team members?
I had 4 calls in total 1 HR 2 technical and a hiring manager technical. The process was extremely extended and took a long time. None of the interviews were behavioral at all. Mainly the process was saved by the HR person I was working with.
