I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Navan (New York, NY) in Jun 2022
Interview
Fairly easy interview process - almost too easy and seems that there is little to no structure from the hiring manager. IMO they overshared quite a bit by sharing folks' comp plans and showed how much their reps made in a quarter.
Simple questions about experience. Pipe line generation is the only thing that they care about and they don't seem to care about the ability to be coached.

Question 1
Tell me why you're looking to make a move from your current role.
Declined due to leadership and bad feeling about what the culture would be like. They blame the toxic culture on CRO that just left, and tons of excuses for laying off sales team previously. Spent a good part of the interviews talking about old, irrelevant experience, and how much money you could make. My impression could be wrong, but probably dodged a bullet with this one, they were hard selling me by the end to take the role.
For an SMB role it was a fairly lengthy process.
Step 1: Screening with external recruiter.
Step 2: Screening with internal Recruiter.
Step 3: Meeting with Sales Manager selling on why this is a good job.
Step 4: Meeting with Sales Manager discussing my sales experience.
Step 5: Meeting with Senior sales director.
Step 6: Meeting with Sales director.
Step 7: Meeting with HR to confirm salary expectations.
Step 8: Super day of Role Play, Prospecting, and Demoing.
Step 9: Offer presentation

Question 1
Do you have any questions about online reviews or the previous CRO?
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Navan in Dec 2021
Interview
I really enjoyed the beginning part of the interview process. The first few calls were really about getting to know Trip Actions and seeing if it was a good fit for YOU rather than if you were a good fit for them, which I appreciated. After three or four interviews with positive feedback, however, I found there was a lack of communication regarding next steps even after follow-up, which was disappointing, and ultimately I feel that TA dropped the ball in the interview process without being clear around expectations or feedback.
